Melissa Pomeroy, Career Coach
Melissa graduated from Millikin University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Public Relations. Her professional experience includes résumé writing for Monster.com and previously supporting academic and career services at the Saint Mary’s College of California, School of Economics and Business Administration. Kim Black, Career Strategist
Kim is passionate about connecting people to their careers of choice, largely because she made a 180-degree career change herself. As a prior lawyer turned career coach, she brings 6+ years of experience in higher education ed-tech, where she uses strengths-based and action-oriented coaching to empower individuals to reach their career goals. She received her B.A. degree in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine, her J.D. from Whittier Law School, and is a Certified Professional Coach through LPI. She enjoys staying abreast of modern-day career trends for the digital workforce and discovering new hiking trails where she lives in Portland, OR.
Phelan Burns, Resume Writer/Career Coach
Phelan is passionate about helping people who are transitioning, re-entering the workforce, and those who are in the beginning stages of their career She provides them with the tools to communicate their experience, strengths, and competencies to employers. She also earned her certification as a Certified Digital Career Strategist. Cecilia is married with three children and a graduate student in Visual Anthropology.
Jennifer Peatman, Executive Coach
Jennifer has spent the last 17 years coaching executives and building and designing HR organizations from the ground up. She has been an executive-level advisor to business leaders on HR issues, seeking strategies and solutions for large organizations in diverse, and multicultural, global environments.
In addition to having a BA from California State University, Chico, Jennifer holds a Professional in Human Resources Certification (PHR). She is currently completing two additional certifications, in Intuitive Business Mentorship and a Coaching Certification Program through Mentor Masterclass.
Kylie Moore, Career Coach
Kylie, Certified Professional Resume Writer, graduated from Saint Mary’s College of California in 2013 with a degree in English. She joined CS Search & Staffing where she worked as a Recruiter and then as an Operations Manager. She now supports the CS Advising division as a Consultant focusing on partnerships, public relations, content creation and programming. Kylie also is an advisor for resume writing and LinkedIn branding. When not working, she enjoys adventuring with her husband and learning French.
